Our AGM is on Friday 2 February. After a brief business meeting, our talk is "A Bridgford Boy" by Mick Barrett. His family story will include D-Day and Pegasus Bridge, Kinder Transport, and Joe Loss to name a few! This will be followed by a social time with refreshments.
On 2 March, we welcome Dr Chris Brooke, who will tell us about "Detecting the History and Use of Church Buildings and Towers". How modern technology reveals the story of some of our oldest buildings.
