This Register of leases from the Musters Estate was bought by the Society and donated to the Nottinghamshire Archives. Before doing so, Sheila Leeds transcribed the contents in the form of a spreadsheet.

The early plots from the estate were sold on a lease, rather than freehold basis. The register has the address of the house(s) built on the plot, the name of the lessee, the rent paid etc. The earliest entries are from 1881, with some information as late as the 1950s.
